How many courses can I take?
There is no restriction on learning. Based on your capabilities and interest you can take one, two or all courses that fit your requirement. You can also choose to follow our 'Learning Path' to enable yourself depending on your 'Role'.
How do I enroll for a course?
Go to the 'Courses' section, and click on 'Read More' for a course you want to enroll for. This will direct you to the course details page. Here click on the link 'Check Out Events', which will direct to any events being conducted for this course. You can choose to enroll yourself for an event of your choice or you can also contact us to schedule a OnRequest training exclusively for you.
What is the difference between Course and Event?
Courses define the contents of our 'Training Program' whereas an 'Event' can consist of a single course or multiple courses being delivered per remote, onsite or offsite training by our trained experts.
Can the courses be provided OnRequest?
Yes! Training can be requested for a specific course or group of courses. Since this will be delivered on an OnRequest basis, exclusively for you, the dates will be aligned as per the trainer availability and your convenience. Please contact us via email (email@example.com) to confirm appointment.
What is the difference between courses and modules?
Courses define the content of our training program, where modules are just a part of the entire course content being delivered as free webinars.
Where do I find information about the courses?
The 'Courses' page holds all the information related to courses. You can click on the 'Read More' option to get the details pertaining to a specific course.
Are the courses acknowledged with a certification?
Yes, any course that has been completed in adherence to our 'Learning Path' will be acknowledged.
How long is my acquired certificate valid?
Certificate will be valid for 2 years.
I've passed the assessment, but have not received the course badge yet. To whom can I refer?
I don't want to get certified - do I still need to follow the Learning Path?
Following the Learning Path is in this case not mandatory. However it is still recommended as it closes concealed gaps which facilitates to follow the courses
Due to unforeseen circumstances I was not able to attend the course - how can I recuperate the course?
First of all, we're sorry about your unpredictable absence and hope you are well. In this case you can recuperate the course and the corresponding assessment via the eLearning System. Extra costs won't be charged as well as no refund will be paid
